Down Too Deep

Down Too Deep by J. Daniels is the fourth and final book in the Dirty Deeds Series. This one follows now single father Nate (who you may remember as the owner of Whitecaps from the previous books) dealing with the aftermath now that his wife is gone. His parents tell him he needs to grow up and figure out how to start taking care of his daughter.

Enter Jenna. She’s got twins Oliver and Olivia that she’s raising on her own and she’d love nothing more than to watch sweet Marley while Nathan works. The begin to bond over their kids but soon find they are very much attracted to one another. But Jenna hasn’t let many people around her kids in a long time, and Nathan is still reeling from his loss. Nathan has his doubts about being a good father to Marley but with Jenna’s help he begins to see how possible it might be. Could they be the family they’ve both always dreamed of?

This one was really cute. I had read the other books in the series and you don’t get much of Nate so it was great to get inside his head. I loved the kids but especially Oliver and Olivia. They were so funny and their individual personalities were awesome. This one may sound like a cute wholesome family romance but don’t worry it packs some real 🔥🔥🔥. If you’re looking for a story that brings the romance and all the family dynamics that being a single parent entails, grab the last one in the series – it’s out now!

Trigger warning: suicide loss
